Goodbye to 1021 W 400 S

We put in an offer on a house back in the middle of April and we just barely closed on it yesterday. We will be moving in next week, and I will post pictures then. We have lived at 1021 W 400 S for almost 7 years.

It has been a great house despite the crooked floors, plaster walls and creepy basement crawl space. But what can you expect from a house built in 1901? She's been a really great house, and we will definitely miss her.

There are some things we won't miss, like not having a garbage disposal, a dishwasher or being on a really busy street. We will miss Bob, the decrepit old man with no teeth who lives across the street. Bob would stake his life on Scott's Weed and Feed, as Nick has heard every time he sees Bob.

We are hoping to rent it out for awhile, so we'll see how that goes. Goodbye 1021 W, we hardly knew ye.
