There's a place by my house called the Sorenson Unity Center, and you can get a monthly pass to the work out equipment and the pool for $25. I've been going 3 days a week and then doing ab stuff at home the other days. I've only been doing the treadmill, but I've been doing it for about 3 weeks now and I've lost 3 pounds! Yeah!
I'm also trying to eat healthier, so I'm trying to avoid fat and sugar. My best friend lately has been those 100 calorie snack bags.
My ideal goal is to lose about 30 pounds, which would put me at the weight I was when I got married. My realistic goal is more like 15-20 pounds. So if you have any ideas for great workouts or great diet tips, let me know. I can use all the help I can get!!

Congrats on the healthier lifestyle! I've been trying my hardest to drop a few as well, 9 down, 30 to go! Anyway, I love the ellyptical machine, but if you haven't tried videos at home, I'd suggest Turbo Jam (love it, really really REALLY works me out good) and any of the Biggest Loser workouts, they're intense! I am so glad you have a blog. your little boy is so incredibly cute. I just want to eat him up. Wow are looking great and good luck with your losing more weight. Kudos to you for already losing 3 pounds. Can't wait to come up to Salt Lake and visit you.
